“Good fortune is what happens when opportunity meets with planning.”
– Thomas Edison
Life happens.
We do understand that sometimes issues arise that prevent students from attending a particular class. Since we have other classes that run on other days, we can sometimes accommodate your student to attend another class for that week, so they don’t miss class.
This can only be done on a case-by-case basis by submitting a request, via our Class Reschedule Request Form, before the missed class with at least 72 hours advanced notice. If you do submit a request, we will do our best to schedule a makeup class for you. But, we cannot guarantee a makeup class given our classes are grouped by scores (students should attend classes aligned to their scores and other data) and we only have a limited number of classes running each week for each instructor.
If your student is missing over a week of class, please reach out to your instructor to obtain the assigned homework for the following week of class. Since each new week starts on Saturday, there is no “going back” to a previous week if missed. Due to this, we will not be able to provide a makeup for Week #8 since the SAT is the Saturday immediately after the class ends. Last minute requests will not be approved. We need to ensure students are in his/her respective class as much as possible.
For additional make-up classes beyond the allowed free one class (for non-summer) or free two classes (summer), a fee of $75 will be charged to your account.

Weather
Issues with the weather/driving conditions (e.g. snow) are beyond our control. If we do cancel classes due to snow, then we will do our best to schedule a make-up, but cannot guarantee a make-up on specific times/days. Otherwise, we expect students to have reliable transportation and arrive to class on time.

Discounted Individual Tutoring
For those who cannot make up the class and need to, we offer a discount on individual tutoring for those weeks.
