Walk in prepared.
Then crush it.

We have found the following tips to be very effective if your student has learning differences and/or accommodations:
- Check in routinely with your student to ensure homework completion.
- Encourage them to ask questions in class.
- Add the 2-hour individual tutoring package during AOS/AET Small Group registration, so they can get extra support during the program.
- Encourage note taking in class (we will as well).
- Ensure that extra time is documented when taking any tests and when registering.
- Tutors are aware and will be cognizant of learning differences in class, and will adjust instruction or guidance as needed.
- Ensure they are well rested or have taken medication as needed.
Note:
If your student has testing accommodations (IEP, ADA) of extended time, then you will enter this information during the registration process. While we are able to accommodate additional time, we are unable to accommodate the following: braille, large print text, screen reading technology, or scribes (oral dictation) at this time.
