In this next section, we ask you to acknowledge and accept some of the important points of our program that people often overlook, but are critical to a successful relationship going forward.
Scheduling, Payments & Refunds, Logistics, and Publicity
I have read and accept the LTP provisions, policies, and Cheating Policy outlined in the Small Group SAT/ACT Test Prep Logistics and Expectations page. By clicking “I accept” below, I understand that:
- The remaining balance will be automatically billed on {Balance Due Deadline:189}.
- NO refunds for any portion of my deposit or tuition will be issued following receipt of the balance of the tuition, which is due the Thursday immediately prior to the first class of the program. In addition, no deposit refunds will be issued after the final schedule has been sent.
- Given each new class “week” starts on Saturday and classes are formed based on diagnostic test scores, LTP cannot guarantee makeup classes. Makeups will only be considered by submitting a request with at least 72 hours advance notice.

Scheduling Process
I understand that class groupings are critical to the success of the program and that it is unlikely I can change the schedule AFTER the schedule is distributed. IF it can be changed, I will incur a $200 rescheduling fee. I also understand that no deposit refunds will be issued after the final schedule has been sent. I understand that if my student has a restrictive schedule, individual tutoring may be a better choice for us.*
