Creating class groupings using our GroupSmart® algorithm is one of the most important parts of our program and a major facet in our collective success.

• You must select 3 or more schedule options (4 or more for ACT courses) when your student is available for classes to ensure proper placement.
• NOTE: You are not selecting class times, you are informing us of the times your student is available for class.
• Any change requests regarding availability selections must be received by 5pm on the Sunday before the program start date. See confirmation email for further details.
• Classes meet 4 hours each week (2 hours Math, 2 hours Reading/Writing).
• We attempt to schedule these across two separate days per your selections below.
• Because class groupings are so critical to our mutual success and involve careful planning, it is unlikely that any schedule changes can be honored. Any change requests AFTER the schedule has been sent will be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee IF they can be honored.

On the next page you will complete your registration and process the $250 registration fee (credited toward the course fee). You will also receive an e-mail from info@loudountestprep.com with further logistics and steps for taking the mandatory in-person diagnostic test.
