Student Availability for Course Times
Creating class groupings using our GroupSmart® algorithm is one of the most important parts of our program and a major facet in our collective success.
- You must select 3 or more schedule options when your student is available for classes to ensure proper placement.
- NOTE: You are not selecting class times, you are informing us of the times your student is available for class.
- Any change requests regarding availability selections must be received by 5pm on the Sunday before the program start date. See confirmation email for further details.
- Classes meet 4 hours each week (2 hours Math, 2 hours Reading/Writing).
- We attempt to schedule these across two separate days per your selections below.
- Because class groupings are so critical to our mutual success and involve careful planning, it is unlikely that any schedule changes can be honored. Any change requests AFTER the schedule has been sent will be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee IF they can be honored.

As per the initial registration form, please select all the times your student is AVAILABLE for this course (minimum of 8 are required, but 10 – 12 are recommended). You may select no more than 4 of the weekend options (Saturday and Sunday combined). We will use this availability to strategically schedule classes with optimal student grouping. Please note: If your student scored less than 900 or greater than 1400 on the PSAT (or if they do on our diagnostic test), we encourage you to select 10 or more schedule options or consider Individual Tutoring instead for your student.

Please note that while we will do our best, it is unlikely that we can accommodate special scheduling requests. If your student’s schedule is highly restricted, individual tutoring may be a better option for you.

In this next section, we ask you to acknowledge and accept some of the important points of our program that people often overlook, but are critical to a successful relationship going forward.
Scheduling, Payments & Refunds, Logistics, and Publicity
I have read and accept the LTP provisions, policies, and Cheating Policy outlined in the Small Group SAT/ACT Test Prep Logistics and Expectations page. By clicking “I accept” below, I understand that:
- The remaining balance will be automatically billed on {Balance Due Deadline:189}.
- NO refunds for any portion of my deposit or tuition will be issued following receipt of the balance of the tuition, which is due the Thursday immediately prior to the first class of the program. In addition, no deposit refunds will be issued after the final schedule has been sent.
- Given each new class “week” starts on Saturday and classes are formed based on diagnostic test scores, LTP cannot guarantee makeup classes. Makeups will only be considered by submitting a request with at least 72 hours advance notice.
