Tailored Individual Tutoring
We offer one-on-one test prep for the AOS/AET entrance exam. By assessing strengths and weaknesses, we craft a personalized plan in terms of instructors, content, and schedule. We then dynamically adapt as needed to deliver optimal results.
It’s critical to us that you only pay for what you need, and our billing strategy reflects this philosophy. If your student rapidly achieves their desired results, we will not penalize you by forcing you to pay for a package with additional hours that you no longer need.
Before deciding on Individual AOS/AET Entrance Prep, we encourage you to consider our Small Group AOS/AET Entrance program. Our experience indicates that most students tend to benefit from the interaction with their peers in the small group setting. Students learn alternative solutions to problems and enjoy the overall camaraderie. Please review the information below regarding who should opt for Individual AOS/AET Entrance Prep.
Who Should Opt for Individual Entrance Prep Tutoring?
Private AOS/AET Entrance Prep tutoring is typically a better choice for a student who:
- Has an exceptional aptitude for math (e.g. completed geometry in 7th grade)
- Experienced difficulty with algebra
- Has a complex schedule
- Prefers a one-on-one learning environment
- Has learning differences
NOTE: Please do not contact us for last minute “cram” sessions in preparation for the AOS/AET Entrance Exam. These sessions rarely produce the desired results for students, parents, or our team.
Looking for small group AOS/AET Entrance program?
Then you may be interested in our Small Group AOS/AET Entrance program. The class is split into two sessions per week, one focusing primarily on the STEM Thinking Skills Assessment while the other focuses on developing necessary writing skills to be successful in the writing assessment. Class size is limited to eight students.

How It Works
Pay only for what you need
It’s important to us that you only pay for the hours that your student truly needs to adequately prepare for the AOS/AET entrance exam. That’s why we’ve conceived of a unique payment method for our Individual Test Prep billing.
- You start by signing up for our Individual Tutoring program below.
- You complete the registration process and pay $1,000 as a deposit.
- At the end of each month, we will send you an invoice noting the number of hours used.
- We deduct the pro-rated value for the hours from the $1,000 deposit.
- Pro-rating is determined using the 16 hours at $2,999 framework, unless you have specifically requested LTP Founder Vinay Bhawnani for STEM tutoring (see details below when selecting course). Most students use between 10-20 hours of tutoring, but each student is different.
- We will communicate with you to convey strategy, updates, progress, etc.
- Once the $1,000 is exhausted, we will continue with monthly invoicing based on the above pro-rating strategy.
- You may elect to cease tutoring at any time that you feel your student is sufficiently prepared for the exam(s).
- When we both agree to a scheduled session, we are committing our staff to be with your student. If you are late to a scheduled meeting, then those are lost minutes for you and your student. You will be charged for the full session, no questions asked.
- From time to time, we may need to reschedule a session with your student. When this occurs, it has no bearing on any other sessions.
- Important note: While our Individual Test Prep Tutoring program is an excellent choice for students with complicated schedules, it is very important to commit to the program. We must rely on YOU to schedule your sessions and ensure that your student is actively making an effort to attend them and engage in the program.

- Note: If Mr. Bhawnani is specifically requested for STEM tutoring, his tutoring hours will be billed at $300/hour.
- 15-minute call with each tutor (writing & STEM) following the first proctored exam.
Class Schedule
We will contact you within 24 hours of your registration to create a schedule that works for you and your student.
Typically, students will meet for one hour with their writing tutor and one hour with their STEM tutor each week. This will begin eight (8) weeks prior to the AOS/AET Entrance exam that they are taking. That said, we will customize as needed to meet the specific requirements of each student.
